Giggles & Smiles is a supervised fitness and fun center for children ages 3 to 10. (Children under 3 years of age are welcome at a reduced rate with parental or guardian supervision.)

With today's over-abundance of electronic entertainment children need exercise more than ever.  Giggles & Smiles' many activities promote movement, which helps build strength, flexibility, balance and endurance,and helps to build each child's confidence.

Giggles & Smiles creates a stimulating environment that makes fitness fun and gives back what today's children are lacking.

Enjoy up to three hours of care-free shopping, take in a movie, visit the salon, have a romantic dinner,join your children in the center, or just sit back and relax in our lounge while your children enjoy our activities and services in our secure, single point-of-entry activity center. No Shoes are permitted inside and Socks are required for EVERYONE.

Should you decide to leave the center we will record your cell phone number or provide you with a pager in the event that we need to contact you.

Leave your worries behind as Giggles & Smiles instructors are professionally trained in First Aid and CPR and have undergone Act 33/34 (criminal / child abuse) clearances.

We pride ourselves on our security, safety awareness, and cleanliness.  Our fun loving interactive staff is looking forward to seeing you at Giggles & Smiles.
